Shipping and returns:

Currently we are only shipping to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Due to the new GSPR rules (from December 13th) we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland and the EU, as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Once we hopefully (massive fingers crossed) get more information on what these new regulations mean for small businesses like us, we may be able to expand these shipping options in the future. Please be aware that any costs occurred after shipping, for example imports and customs duty, will be the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. Likewise, any issues with delivery will need to be taken up with Royal Mail or your local delivery provider if you are an international customer, which you will have a tracking number for.

Processing times: please allow for 2-3 working days for us to ship your order!

For UK orders:

Orders only containing stitch markers can be shipped with discounted postage at £2.70 with Royal Mail tracked 48

All other UK orders will be sent at £4 with Royal Mail tracked 48

International orders (US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand):

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail international tracked.

This service is tracked and aims to deliver within 5-7 business days
